No! While it is impossible to get the inflatable 100% clean, the jump should always be clear of leaves, grass and other large debris when you get it. Jump 2 It cleans and disinfects after every rental.
If the chance of rain is 40% or less, for every hour during your scheduled rental time, we will go ahead and deliver the inflatable. If the chance of rain is above 40%, for any hour during your scheduled rental time, we will let you make the call. If you ask for the inflatable and it gets rained on, you still have to pay for the rental. If the rental is cancelled due to weather, within our policy guidelines, you will receive your deposit back on your credit card. Any cancellation outside of these guidelines will result in the entire balance being due. Please note, that to maintain a consistent policy, we only use the www.weather.com hourly forecast, and weather cancellations can only be made the day before the event.
Yes and no. You may not be responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds or use of silly string or other substance) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
