Donation Request Information
If you have been calling around and emailing various party rental companies about possibly donating equipment towards your event, then you have probably already learned that it can be a very difficult process. Many companies do not do donations at all, and if they do, they only donate to a very small number of organizations that they do business with each and every year. It is almost impossible for a smaller charity to get on that list.
We here at Jump 2 It have tried to come up with a system to allow various charities and organizations to be able to request, and be granted, anywhere from $100 to $1,000 in rental equipment donations to be used at their event. This can be done at either a discounted rate, or completely free, depending on the event type, supporting member size, and date and time of the event.

Tips on Being Approved for Your Request
1. Events held on Saturdays are rarely approved, due to that being the busiest day of the week for us. Sunday events have a slightly better chance of being approved, and Monday - Friday events hold the greatest chance of being approved. Please plan your event accordingly.
2. Be realistic in the amount of equipment that you are requesting for the size of event that you are holding.
3. Fill out the form as completely and truthfully as possible. Any submissions that do not provide enough information about the event or organization will not be approved and any submissions containing untruths or exaggerations about the event will likewise be rejected. We are here to help you, please be honest with us in this process.
4. Be patient. Please remember that you are asking us to donate equipment to your event and that it may take us a few days to go through your request and contact you back with an answer.
